With a strong commitment to an area Lakehead Constructors, Inc. has called home for over 100 years, we invested in a new 33,000 sq. ft. office, warehouse, shop and yard facility. The two-story office has a welcoming reception area, 35 offices, two conference rooms, printing/file room, and break areas.  The warehouse, shop, repair bays, and parts storage area make up approximately 17,000 sq. ft. Attached to the precast building is a timber frame, metal panel lean-to for cold storage. The facilities are secured within a fenced in six-acre site with ample equipment storage and lay-down areas.

This fast-track project was completed in 152 days.
